Our 4-star quality 2 bedroom Woodland Lodges have a large main bedroom with super-comty super-king sized bed, a second bedroom with either double bed or twin beds depending on which property you book), a modern kitchen and spacious open plan living area, including a lounge and a dining area.
Double patio doors lead to a spacious deck with high-quality rattan lounging and dining furniture, large charcoal BBQ with smoker (available May – October). The views are spectacular!

Unpretentious cosy luxury in a beautiful Location& We visited in February, and cannot recommend more highly My partner and I are both keen walkers, and this is the perfect place for location and ac- commodation There are a multitude of walks of varying length and abilities straight from the door. The cabin was inviting and perfectly appointed with the cosy wood burning stove. Our evenings were spent either relaxing by the log burner grazing on food from the fantastic local Deli, or in the friendly pub just a 10 minute walk away.

Fantastic location, very comfortable lodge, all the amenities you could possibly require. We had a great weekend with our 2 dogs, we all had every- thing we could possibly require. We were only there through default as we have a Holiday Cottage in Pitlochry which my son took over with his friends for the weekend! Couldn’t fault a thing and apologies again for the accidental damage, please forward m the Bill.

myself and my husband are just back today from Kinnaird, we were looking for a relaxing weekend and some peace and quiet and that’s what we got as soon as you walk into your lodge you know you made the right choice, 10/10 for cleanliness,10/10 for comfort,10/10 for the hosts Andy and Jane and all the personal touches about the place and the log fire is easy to use and clean we would be back for a return visit, and I would highly recommend these lodges for a getaway

Our Lodges
We love pets, and Kinnaird is a great place to bring yours. A large field opens out to the mountains right next to us. It is a fabulous spot to take your dog for a walk.
The pet-friendly lodge has a more secure boundary and a corkscrew tie lead, so you can leave your pooch in the garden without worrying about it wandering off. If you bring your pet, to maintain our standards, we ask you to comply with simple house rules
The perfect location for a relaxing holiday, a romantic hideaway or a memora- ble honeymoon. These 4-star quality lodges have one bedroom with su- per-comfy beds (Mattresses are luxury pocket-sprung with generous memory foam and bamboo layer – they are seriously comfy)!
Off the bedroom is an en-suite shower room with a large shower cubicle. The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is extremely well equipped and has picture windows overlooking amazing views.
